So my story, I was 23 years old when I was not able to walk or stand for longer than 30 minutes due to incredible back pain, I was chronically ill with respiratory infections too and away from work every 6 weeks for at least 1 week. I was a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac ward, my dream job and my body had quit on me. My parents had gone bankrupt 2 years before, so there was no gentle place to land.
Doctors were very clear, I would need surgery and my chances of not requiring a wheelchair by 30 were slim. They also had my investigated for breast cancer and leukemia because of the lumps in my breasts and how sick I was. So I had lost my dream career for which I owed $20, 000 for getting my Nursing registration, I couldn't walk was sick all of the time and it looked like my prognosis was bad.
I found a way of healing my body, which also led me on a journey to follow my intuition more closely than ever. In fact I made a promise to do whatever the BigU inspired me to do (I can not tell you how scary that has been). It has helped the following to happen though:
- Brought a house that doubled in value the next year
- Ended up going from a basic admin job to a Project Manager flying all over the country in a matter of 4 months and doubling my wage.
- Have saved my house from an unpaid mortgage of 6 months and paid my mortgage by myself when my daughters Father left me.
- Helped business grow or change in a way that is right for them including taking one from $10K a month to $100K a month all with just intuition conversations.
- Taken time off to raise my daughter as a single mother and finish my dream degree in Psychology
